Mount View Hotel

“This is my fifth visit to the Mount, I stay in the rear accommodation, but I have always been made to feel welcome, there's a good bibe in the hotel bar, Easy access to public transport, buses and trains, Penzance station is just short distance from the hotel. Plenty of interesting places to visit whilst staying. I'm back here again, visit no 6,I find this place great value for money, staff are super helpful & friendly, location works well for me with two dogs, no doubt this won't be my last visit”

“We spent three nights in this hotel. Free parking for our rental car was a convenience. The hotel is located on a main road in Penzance and there are traffic lights right outside the entrance. As a result, traffic noise was unavoidable. The front office manager Dick also doubled up as the bar tender. He was courteous and helpful. The thing that my family liked the most was the English breakfast. It was sumptuous and delicious. The chefs Yvette and Doreen were very friendly and kind. Our adult son who has autism enjoyed talking to them. They were patient with him. We did not realize that we had to bring our own toiletries until after we had checked in. As there were three of us, one of us had to sleep on the bunk bed. The lower bunk bed was not usable for us due to very low clearance.”
